China Uses Facial Recognition Tech in Schools

China now uses facial recognition technology to grant access in schools
Students enter and exit school by facal scanning at the entrance, the system will then register their entry and exit time.

With that an SMS will be sent to the guardian via mobile app, it is also connected to the same database used by the local police to identify criminals.
