 Kanye West opens up about his about managing his mental health in an interview with David Letterman.
"You have this moment where you feel everybody wants to kill you, you pretty much don't understand anyone" Kanye told Letterman when describing what is like to have a manic episode with bipolar disorder.

" When you are in this state you are hyper-paranoid about everything, everyone" West continued
"this is my experience other people have different experiences. Everyone now s an actor. Everything is a conspiracy. You feel the Government is putting ships in your head.You feel you are being recorded, you feel all these things."
