Recognition of Mr Nwoko As The Winner of The Election Was Wrongly Filed - Federal High Court Says

Reports reaching us is that the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, has nullified the emergence of Ned Nwoko as the senator representing Delta North Senatorial District.
The court in a decision made  today dated 30th May said the case instituted at the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court which resulted in the recognition of Mr Nwoko as the winner of the election by the independent National Electoral Commission was filed wrongly.

The court ruled that the matter ought to have been brought at the lower court before the expiration of 14-days from the time of the incidence that resulted to the suit.

So the court ruled thus: "We set aside the decision of the Federal High Court and strike out the case".

The certificated of return awarded to Ned Nwoko has been withdrawn by INEC and issued to his opponent, Peter Nwaoboshi, following the final decision of the High Court.

With the appeal court decision, Mr. Nwaoboshi will now be the recognized as the senator-elect for the district.

While all these take place, one can only imagine what will be the case of his newly wedded wife, Regina Daniels.

3. Faulting of Wealth on Social Media will Reduce

The actress remained completely silent as fans attacked her when she shows off the house she purchased for her mum and also the purchase of two new Benz cars.

But with the latest development on Ned Nwoko's , the flaunting of wealth on social media will reduced.

 In the space of three months Regina has received about three-four luxurious cars from her new husband Ned Nwoko. About a month ago Regina showed off  N100 million Mercedes G- Wagon Brabus and said it was her latest addition to her growing list of acquired automobile.

At a time we couldn't help but to wonder what kind of gift she will receive as a wedding gift
